@nico380 There are no plugins involved, the hackers use a script in Cheat Engine in which they can target your account. The script increases your mastery to an abnormally high number which triggers the server's anti-cheat preventing you from entering a public lobby. The game's team knows this and they are working on it.
I too had an account which was "banned" and I have been waiting for 3 months. I do not think that they will fix it any time soon
At first, I also thought it was because the hacker had modified the character level too high causing the anti-cheat system to block you from entering the game. When the problem is, I noticed that when the program was unresponsive, the CPU often occupied 100%, PVZ: BFN was almost the highest. Also, I remember there was a group of players with a character level of about 200 million before, until the anti-cheat changed from EAC to EAAC, they could still play normally. Also, if it's really because your character data is abnormal, it's unlikely that the anti-cheat will directly make the program unresponsive, at least it will directly close your game and pop up a window message, or directly send you back to the start game interface and refuse to let you play, instead of stopping your game and asking you to close the game with Task Manager.
