. You have every right to your opinion. You seem set in your ways and that's fine. I'm just tired of seeing this forum with the same question every week. Other forums have auto moderators that remove such topics because it just floods the topic page and leads to bickering. If there are auto moderators set up to do this then there is a consensus amongst players. I never called you irresponsible, nor do I assume so. I'm just trying to provide you with the facts. Personally I hate for any kid to be upset over not having a character in this game and how it doesn't make sense to them. It is what is. They have made it very clear. I'm sorry you're displeased. I tried to give you some insight as to why because EA members do not reply to these topics. Nor should they. The dead horse has been beaten so many times there's nothing left. I'm not trying to sit on top of a pedestal and yell you ain't got not uni, you ain't go no uni. To anyone else reading, the unicorn chomper is no longer available, nor will it be with the information they have given us. I'm not the the type to butter an answer up and leave people with false hope. There are a lot of people on here like myself that try to help people with their problems. This is a problem that cannot be helped. And every time a topic gets bumped down a notch because of this topic, then it's less likely to get answered. I wish you and your brother the best, hopefully they make him available in GW3 along with another loyalty character. I hope you guys get both of them. Cheers
From what I gather from reading the more recent complaints it seems that the new complaints are being sparked by the fact that while all other advertising about the Loyalty Program and Character Importation have been removed I believe that they had not immediately patched the game to remove the default notice about it from the Mailbox messages and that message prompts new players to immediately look for an option which was removed months ago.
When that leftover notice gets removed we'll simply be left with a situation where a limited time event has passed rather than one where an expired event is still being brought to everyone's attention as if it were still ongoing.

I know it's frustrating to unable to get Unicorn Chomper but PopCap has relax this by letting people to play it and mastered him in super mix mode event. I missed the lunch at lab event but not missing it this time. Mastered Disco and Unicorn chomper in no time. I didn't use his special ability (zip), I simply use Unicorn just like other chomper, DIG. So for me, he just another chomper. I did so many kill that I got one hate message from one player that so got pissed 🙂
Now, I can declare I mastered all my chompers (including unicorn) and I don't bother that can't own Unicorn chomper (since in my eye, he just another Chomper).
Most importantly, My path is open for max rank. Yeah.
Wait a minute... I recognize that Chomper design... Plus, you use burrow instead of warp, that was really rare. (So, the few that did, were really memorable.) I'm pretty sure there was a few games where you were ruining my day. >.< Overall, I'm glad the event is over, I can go back to playing the game without worrying about the certain doom beneath the ground. (This gives me a good idea for an event. All zombies vs only Chompers, call it Tremors.)
It's nice to see people making the most of what opportunities they do have instead of complaining about what they don't. I'm afraid that I found my performance with chomper rather poor with the crazy settings, so I only got a few levels on UC during these events before becoming frustrated and playing characters with which I can do some good.
I play on PS4 around Friday night. For Unicorn, I use the standard look because I just want to enjoy the "feeling" of playing it. For Disco, that's exactly how it looked.
First, I was struggling to play with super boost speed (missed my bite, goop and swallow). After I removed speed upgrade, use sticky goop and gentle of my stick when close to zombies, then my feast party is really good. Eat so many spinning imp and spinning brains. For mech, I simply goop then bite from behind. It didn't stand a chance more than few seconds. For pirate, I can easily haunt them from their comfort zone on the backend of battle field since we have speed boost.
Overall, I mastered 4 characters that I don't have: Unicorn, Disco, Z7, Scallywag and get so many coins.
Note: On last event, I master 5 all stars. On every event, I always put similar look for same character so when they see me, they know I'm coming.
