This code has already been used

Question

Hello! I still have a problem with my PvZ GW code! After sea vacation (29 august - 9 september) MY GAMES in ORIGIN was empty ... the PvZ GW game just missing! When i try to redeem product code i see colored red message: This code has already been used. I purchased BOX/CASE version with code inside. I tried downloading the demo to put code, but still says: This code has already been used!

Your game is permanently linked to just one particular player account, and cannot be swapped between old and new accounts.&nbsp; You'll have to log into the correct player account to play.&nbsp;

Ok. But if I cant remember correct player account! How we will proceed? I want to know my linked account! I have original box/case and code!

Only a Game Adviser can start from the CD Key number and then work backward from that.&nbsp; They are all on Help Center, not in here:
