Its not that the devs don't know how to fix the game. Its that they listened to noobs and kids who don't know how to play and the rose happened. beta rose was fine but noobs/ people who play free games and are kids. Then came the reign of the zombies, imps got 75 health, superheros had a super tornado, captain sharkbite was taking 37 with giant splash damage, zoologist was stronger than chemist.
The Devs need to stop listening to every one because 90% of them do not know what characters are balanced like the corns getting 150 lives "because they are bigger than solders".
If the dev team would create a small balancing group of real players who know how to play, the game would have been balanced 2 months ago. But no we have the armor chomper being nerfed and electro pea and captain cannon being buffed.
All this character balancing the dev team is doing is probably because of Online Turf Takeover alone. Why? Why can't they focus on the other modes of concern?
My biggest peeve with the FLF patch is the unnecessary nerf of Armor Chomper. He's already a difficult character to live with, so why do you have to reduce his health and slow down his biting rate? Where did you base this on? It's stupid.
This whole character balancing thing is a mess, and the dev team isn't really giving us any smiles per gallon, no matter what part of the game you play in. It really disgusts me, dear-heartedly.
@xXFrozenChromeXx The game was a mess since release, balancing and maps are still trash and its always the same: Popcap makes an OP character that takes 0 skill, then nerf him to the ground and make another character OP, then everyone complain and then they will nerf him back. Except Impcata, Electrobrainz and BBQC the BETA was quite perfect, now they changed too much and it will always be unbalanced.
@SonicMaster92 Seriously why tf are they nerfing and/or buffing GW1 characters??? Okey, toxic pea nerf was necessary, Z4 nerf not really, BUT Armorchomper, Tankcommander, Chemist? Why?!
Electropea is probably the most annyoing and stupid character right now, its plain OP, dont get me wrong but you can kill 100 players, you just have to know his explosion trigger and he will be one of the most unfair plants in the game.
Z7 imp, is really strong, my second favorite zombie since start of GW2, played him over 50 hours and yes hes a bit to strong. He takes skill, because you have to jitterclick, but then we have some guys in the PC version using autoclicker, makes him almost unbeatable in a 1vs1.
Torchwood was OP - but now I think he is almost UP, hes a massive tank, but thats all...slow, low dmg output, big hitbox, cant jump on things, just walk into the garden thats his reason...but! When there are 3 or 4 of them in a game, the zombies will lose.
Corn, the class I played not really much, I mastered them and then I never really played them again. Spam² + Skill/0 = "PvZ GW2 Error" Never understood his hp buf, time to nerf him back.
