I don't know if an environment is a good idea.
Coffee grounds COULD be useful if you place the Captain Cucumber on top of it, but that's pretty much it. (I guess it can be useful for Blooming Heart as well).
What about some nutrients? (The plant food trick).
I think it can be more useful since the bonus attack is sometimes better than just plain stats.
