Time Stop Glitch

So I was just doing quests for Hidey and was going well, but I went up to him for the fourth time and it was just a blank screen looking at a bush. After hitting pause I could warp home so I did and immediately noticed that everything in the distance was a lot more blurry than usual as if I were focusing on a single character in dialogue. I walked to the middle of the battlefield to see both plants and zombies just chilling on either side not caring much. I could run up and push plants around as a zombie, kill them, whatever and they would just stand perfectly still I could do whatever I wished inside the battlefield including the flag of power and change characters and nothing broke it until I left and rejoined. I would have got footage of it if my game shadowplay didn't crash on me.

I was not able to recreate the glitch.
