I feel I have earned them yet I don't have them. I have tried again and again and again, and nearly every single time your game crashes on me before I have a chance to collect my chest. I've constantly made it past the 30k shards mark one needs to unlock an infinity chest, yet I never can actually get to the chests. I just now was in a match with some friends and got over 47,000 shards but once again the game crashed, and all the time I invested was wasted, the stars I had to spend were wasted, and I have NOTHING to show for it.It is not a once or twice or even 4 time occurrence. The mode is broken! It is clear that I can not unlock the characters in the way you intended, so either you need to provide another way to get these characters or just unlock them now. Because this isn't fair!

Well, I don't care if it's politically incorrect to say a game mode sucks when it does. And Infinity definitely does. I just want what I have earned, and to never have to waste another second on that stupid mode again!

Well a lot of players are getting to 25k shards and then kid themselves the chest. You and your team did this, you wouldn't have crashed unless it was before you reached 25k.There is no point to carry on further unless you're going for a record, and if you were then that's too bad, but if you weren't then still there's no guarantee you'd get a party piece.

Agreed I have crashed way before you as well. One time I crashed before round 10.The game mode feels tacked on, it's quite time consuming and boring, The fact that it keeps crashing when I try to get to 25k shards gives me no incentive to try for these Party characters until it's fixed.

There is no point to carry on further unless you're going for a record, and if you were then that's too bad, but if you weren't then still there's no guarantee you'd get a party piece.

Well my son and I just went to 27K and said we want the chest before we crash....get to chest and no piece lol just my luck it gives us a customization instead. I know your pain I rarely make it to the chest without the crash.

It's crashed on me at the 22k mark as well. And there is no guarantee I wouldn't have gotten those stickers either. The point is, because of their broken game, I'll never know. And it's ridiculous to keep trying to play this mode when in the last 5 games, only once did I actually make it to a chest, (which BTW had a character piece in it). And what about all the wasted time? Really 1 out of 5 tries, would you keep going back??

Sometimes, (usually) it gives you a Party Piece alongside that customization item. If you hear Ode to Joy, that's a signal of earning a Legendary item. Check your Stickerbook in the Stats Room to see what you have. I unlocked a piece of Party Rose, then Party Corn, checked my Stickerbook to find I had all of Party Citron as well as the other pieces I earned. So you always gotta check to see if you won 2 things after every round.

I tried the live chat help, but as expected, they weren't any help. Just sent me a generic e-mail of trouble shooting tips to try (power off your console, refresh your router- blah, blah, blah) all stuff I've already done. None of which has helped, because the issue isn't on MY end!
The rep couldn't even help me get back all the stars I've lost. He didn't even know what I was talking about. But one of the EA reps here a EA_Jenni told those of us who lost stars to fill out a help ticket and we would at least get those back, but when I asked her how you do that, she never responded.
