Top 11 issues spoken about by the fans

1. Rose needs a drastic Buff. Bringing her down to 5 damage will be perfect since she is made as a suppressing class. Rose's Arcane Enigma should also be able to be stopped with an engineer stun grenade. I understand that her move is like the Warp for Scientist but the Scientist warp doesn't do any damage.

2. Citron needs a longer time to shoot before his laser beam is overheated. 

3. Engineer should stun another second from his grenade. It is unbalanced when compared to the engineer class of the plants (the rose).

4. The imp needs a major buff. Many times I have spawned in backyard battleground and died instantly due to the incredibly low health.

5. The random freezing in the game can be an issue. 

6. People are still spent many stars on rubble which end up going away.

7. The menus to start games should only be 30 seconds and there should be access to character customization from those menus.

8. Starting Ops mode shouldn't be 30 seconds more like 15. 

9. No music in Ops for some people. 

10. The online is very laggy and is inconsistent with it's ability to put you in the start of a game. 

11. Kernal Corn Husk Hop has still given people some issues where he will begin the jump bu be facing a random direction with no bullets coming out. 

12. The game is incredible. We as the fans hate sounding like we are not enjoying the game, but there are just so many issues that can make the online aspects of the game unplayable for the time being. We as fans hope you understand these popular 11 concerns and add these in a patch to make the game a more enjoyable experience. Once again we thank you for making such a creative game that stands out from so many other games giving us laughs and enjoyment for a long time!

    Probably might want to word your first point a little better. :P

    Other than that. a pretty solid list.

    @DawnOfNoob I thought it was a troll/joke post as soon as I read that sentence, but instead I think you meant "nerf" instead @brianzellmer?

    Thanks for the list, I agree that it's a good one.

    Update : The issue is related to the profile data file that is stored remotely on the server.. A EA/PopCap support technician will need to wipe your profile data.

    (You won't lose ANYTHING but you will need to play the tutorial one more time and you will need to reconfigure all of your character setups, again.)

    I would like to add that my game makes me play the tutorial mission with the sunflower every time I boot the game before letting me roam the battleground. After being extracted by Crazy Dave the game skips the 'fly-over cut-scene' that would normally happen after playing the tutorial for the very first time, and loads me into the Battleground the way that it should be doing, rather than making me play tutorial. I should note that when I load into the battleground my character is always the Sunflower (until i character swap) and when switching to Zombies my character is always IMP (until i character swap)..  world options can be altered but return to default after fresh boot. All other progress such as rank, coins, stars, completed missions and side-quests, unlocked areas, unlocked characters and customization items, challenges are properly saving. However, it is virtually impossible to apply customization such as alternate abilities, upgrades and cosmetics in one session and booting into another session, at a later time, without them reverting to how they were set up before i had altered them. Cleared rubble also returns upon next login.

    Basically, the bug isn't preventing me from progressing in the game, however, it is extremely inconvenient to have to go through this repeatedly.. I should, also, note that the tutorial / world options bug didn't begin to happen until several days after I had began playing the game.

    PS4 version but I've read that other people also had been experiencing this on PC and on XBOX.

    I experienced same thing @MJFAME (xbox1) , but also, all rubble I have cleared came back.
