Town Center (Plants) Battle Chest Bug

Summarize your bug The Battle Chest in Town Center (as plants) doesn't record all 5 battles. It's stuck at 4/5 regardless if i replay them all or not. I've tried different characters but nothing works. Bingo Bongo's dialogue is stuck in the part where he congratulates you and gives you rewards. The rewards are never received and talking to him just repeats what he said before.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This doesn't seem to be a common problem, but just try completing all the Battle Chest missions and see if it happens to you.
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Kernel Corn
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? I don't remember, but I tried with different characters that had different upgrades.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

It appears that there was ONE bonus objective for one of the challenges that wasn't complete. After completing the bonus, it worked and I was rewarded.
This wasn't made very clear in game. I completed all the main objectives, which one would think is all that's needed to get credit... But you actually HAVE to finish both main and bonus for it to count. You'd think since "bonus" is just an optional task that it wouldn't affect the record.
Maybe make this clearer in game?
