town hall
My son needs to get into the town hall to get the key from the bird. When does it open. He has autism and is very frustrated. Can you help.. From a needy mother

The door is open on Mystery Portal event : super mixed mode or boss hunt.
So for this month, it will open again next Thursday (July 20).

The seagull doesn't actually give the key(s), the treasure chests do. However, to open the chests you have to get rainbow stars (you must play the events in the town hall portal to earn them). Annnd then after you finally get a key, the trails (what your son is trying to get to) are very difficult to accomplish. I'm an adult and got frustrated with them and couldn't complete it. If he's frustrated at just obtaining the key, I might gently try to encourage other activities within the game rather than this one!
the key is only needed to get to to the trials of gnomus which is the door next to the gnome shrine where the gnome hat is found, to be honest you should only be worried about opening it if you have a gnome key, because there would be no point to opening, so unless you have a gnome key, you can worry about opening the door, (hint: you can also check out the rest of the backyard and look for the scattered chests, and get cool stuff, and stock up on stars as well by doing quests from the quest board.) (hint No.2 you can get gnome keys by getting 50 rainbow stars in mystery portal events, Not community challenges). See you in the yard.
