Transferring games from EA to Steam.
I want to play PVZ GW2 and PVZ Battle For Neighborville on Steam. The two games I previously mentioned, I own them in the EA App. But not on Steam. I don't want to spend more than 60+ bucks on games ...

There isn't a way to transfer your games from one storefront to another. You can however add shortcuts to games you don't own on Steam to your Steam library, hopefully that's close to what you want.
