- @Fmaster12247 Can you post the 4 codes you have?
Double check your screenshots and try again. I't's not that hard to make a mistake.
There isn't really much to the code, its actually the same for everybody. Forget the symbols altogether and the codes are all the same.
If you stand on the machine and number the buttons from 1 to 8 going clockwise from the lever, enter the following combination:
Rainbow: 4 - 1 - 3 - 2 - 8 - 7 - 5 - 6
This will only work if you've completed the 4 trials already and beaten the respective boss. You can't cheat yourself here 🙂

Did this solve it for you? OP is asking about the code for starting the battle with the rainbow guardian in the trials of gnomus. Those are directions for solving the puzzle at the end of the golden gnome missions, something else altogether. All of the codes for the trials are unique to each user.
But thanks for trying to present a solution and for giving credit to your source!
Sorry if I havent explained it very well 🙂 While the symbols (wheelbarrow, pot, etc) are unique for sure, the order you press them is the same for everyone.
If you look at the code wheel from above and picture it as a clock. If the lever is at midnight/midday, you then have 8 buttons around in a circle... so standing in the middle, the button to the right of the lever is "1", to the left is "8"... if you press the 8 buttons in the order I listed above, the rainbow boss will appear.... assuming of course you have beaten the other 4 bosses already. There is no way to skip any of the trials, this just helps with entering the right code.
If this doesnt make sense, Ill try my hand at some MSPaint artwork.............
Wow, I beg your pardon! I've never heard about that, but it seems logical. A diagram would be great!
I hope this works 🙂
That is interesting and as @pandareno1999 says logical :D thanku for the information and the diagram which was good and clear btw :D
I checked this out, and it is accurate. It won't let anybody out of the work of completing the trials, but it beats having to configure a code out of eight screenshots.
