Unable to Connect to EA Servers for PvZ GW (I'm going crazy)

Bought Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare for XBOX 360 and cannot connect to EA servers, no matter what I've tried.  Apparently, lots of folks have this problem and the solutions that have been offer...

    Had same issue, unable to connect to EA servers. Turned out to be the date and time on my console was set in manual to the Wrong Date and Time. Changed the clock to automatic internet settings and voila it connected. This is because the the date and time doesn't fall into the time frame of the servers security certificate and will not let you connect (its a website security thing).

Thanks for providing all information on what you have tried.  

Did it let you go through the Origin ID flow the first time you installed? Do you have the game entirely installed now with all updates and you rebooted after the last update (turned it off and on?)

Which country are you playing from?
