Unable to Connect to EA Servers for PvZ GW (I'm going crazy)

Bought Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare for XBOX 360 and cannot connect to EA servers, no matter what I've tried.  Apparently, lots of folks have this problem and the solutions that have been offered have not solved this issue for me.  Sure would be nice to be able to play a game I paid money for. 

We've tried the following:

-resetting router and modem

-deleting system cache on Xbox (many, many times)

-reset network connection on Xbox

-opened up port forwarding on the router

-disabled firewalls on the router

-enabled UPnP

-reset router to factory settings

-changed DNS to 8.8.8.8

-uninstalled (deleted) and reinstalled game

-downloaded the Lawn of the Legends update

-rebooted Xbox many times

-waited days and days, trying over and over, multiple times per day

Also, Xbox Gold account is current and network connection test passes.

PLEASE help, any ideas will be tried.

    Had same issue, unable to connect to EA servers. Turned out to be the date and time on my console was set in manual to the Wrong Date and Time. Changed the clock to automatic internet settings and voila it connected. This is because the the date and time doesn't fall into the time frame of the servers security certificate and will not let you connect (its a website security thing).

    My router (FRITZ!Box) had a children filter as default (my own choice for new devices). 

    wenn I Set it to „no restrictions“ PVZ could connect. 🙂

    I have been unable to connect to Turf Takeover on the North American servers since May 18th 2022. I am able to connect to "Mixed Mode" but not "Turf Takeover". When I try TT it will begin Matchmaking and will say, "searching for best match" "best match found" stall for a moment and then "Failed to connect to the game session, please try again." It does this on 3 different accounts in my household. 

    If I connect to the European server, then it works fine, albeit a worse ping as I am in US Central Time Zone. 

    I have worked through troubleshooting with EA Support on Twitter to no avail. Please help. 

    Both Xbox Series X and Xbox One

    I’m still having the same exact problem on the new game plants versus zombies two garden warfare unable to connect continues to say error when connecting to servers every other game I have works for EA so I’m not even sure what the problem is

    You guys need to come up with a real solution.  You keep directing people to this troubleshooting guide that does not help 90% of the people with problems.  This is an EA problem, not a network or console problem.
