I was referring to the ones on the link in the error message as well as what I could find in their help center. I was able to resolve the issue though, it was because my date/time settings were off.

I’m having this issue. I checked my date and time as described above and those are correct. Anyone know anything else to figure out this issue? My son as asking me multiple times a day to try and log in and it isn’t working. Thanks!!

I also had the same connection problem and going to the settings of the Swich and changing the date and time I solved the problem! Be great!
