Unable to Join Friend’s Game in PvZ Garden Warfare 2

Question

I’m reaching out with an issue in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. My friend and I are unable to play together or join each other’s game sessions. We have tried most troubleshooting methods, and this is not related to privacy settings.

One of the problems we encountered is that we could not accept invitations to join each other's game. We also tried joining the same world in Garden Ops, but we received an error message about a connection issue with the session. No matter what we try, we simply can’t connect.

Is there any way this issue can be resolved on your end, possibly related to the servers?

I'm trying to play with my nephew across states. This is incredibly frustrating as I don't see him very often and he's a kid. EA needs to fix this..

I'm having the same issue. Very frustrating to be honest. Ea needs to fix their games or they'll just keep losing customers and fans
