Hi I just got plants vs zombies gw and I'm stumped. Im unable to play solo or online multiplayer and am only able to play split screen. At first it was a problem with my privacy butbinsetbit to teen and tried again but now it says it's unable to create and join a match. I would rather play solo if anything but please help

Do you have a gold account? This game requires Gold to play. Also there is no Solo its a multiplayer online game. Try rebooting and sign into a gold enabled account. See if that works

i bought a month long gold membership and im still unable. Also sorry about the multiplayer thing what i meant was im unable to play multiplayer and garden ops

Ok so where is it dying on you?
Right in the Front End/Main Menu?
Are you getting past or have you ever gotten past the Origin account screen?
What console are you on and are any error messages shown?
Where is the exact place it doesnt let you proceed?

ok so i just turned it on and now it says i dont have permission to acsess xbox live but i just payed D: also it happens when i click the buttons and one time it worked but then when i tried to make a match it said unable to create match please try again later. Im on a Xbox One
