Unable to redeem gifts still have infinite loop glitch

Hello,

I decided to get the dlc packs for the heros and coins. I was able to open 2 then I got stuck on the infinite loop screen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, I have tried to get a refund from PlayStation but they said ball is in EA's court and they can't do anything about it due to it being in game already, I have tried to ook at the add ons in the store but are unavailable bc I own the "POP" version of them, I have even tried to play a match and use the sticker shop after the match but it does the same thing, and I know others are still having this problem and is a major issue. Does EA have a solution for this?
