I know... there's a lot of topics with this subject, but I have to share
I finally did it, 3 weeks ago I was level 111....
So I'm asking why people don't come back and earned it! It's totally possible. Again... I don't have money for star packs....
So... PopCap and EA don't give the Unicorn Chomper easily.. This is a reward for our hard work
You all act like your "loyalty" means anything to them. News flash, it doesn't...making money does. They will make Uni available to everyone, no matter how much crying and whining and threatening you do. Do any of you really think that you throwing a tantrum and saying you will never buy their games again if they give Uni to everyone even phases them? Like your $59 or whatever you might not spend even would make a difference in their profitability. Get over yourselves. They will do what they want to and you will continue to play and buy their games.
People leave games for different reasons.
- They complete it and get bored
- It's buggy and unplayable
- Imbalanced
When the developers make a promise and don't keep their word that's a whole new scenario. Nobody who has the Unicorn Chomper has an issue with anyone else getting it, provided they get it the same way.
When end people lie it breaks trust, causes upset and well I don't like being lied to. If they give the Chomper out to everyone I will never buy another PopCap game again. It wasn't a reward for loyal players, it was a reward for dedicated players. You don't have it because you're not dedicated, so like I said before keep throwing your little baby tantrums and let's see what happens. I find it rather amusing, if it was one of the best classes in the game I could understand why people are upset about it, but it isn't even that good. It has a high status right now, if everyone has it, it's just going to be another unused variant that people try and play from time to time and the newbies who didn't earn it will probably lie and claim they did.
I've played so many games where players have items I will never be able to get because I just don't play enough. Accept the fact players with it spent many hours and endured lots of deaths along the way doing wacked challenges. You still have over 10 months to unlock it and if I can unlock it in 1 month then anyone can because I didn't cheat, I just played a lot and played well.
I hope they never release it to all you cry babies and I'd love to see a full team of Unicorn Chompers one day and you know that player has experience purely based on GW1. People follow me around and give me respect gestures whenever I'm playing him, they follow my lead and it's nice. I want it to stay like that 🙂
A) I don't give a rat's rear end about the unicorn chomper or ANY chomper for that matter. I don't play the chomper...EVER. Even if it means I will never reach max rank, I don't care. If any chomper variants on my name have done anything, it was my Wife or Son that played them.
B) The unicorn chomper isn't a loyalty or dedication reward, it's a nerd reward. For people who think that making max rank in a video game makes them cool or something special.
You say nerd as an insult. I am one and don't care. For someone who cares 0% about the chomper, you sure are pretty passionate about this topic. Take it easy and go play 🙂 You'll feel better.

And same goes to my side, they spit in my face not givin whole characters, because im not bein a fa***t, who cared about level, and just enjoyed GW1. If they not give me another way to get that character, im also not goin to buy any of Next PopCap games.

Lol, CJackson5083, cry more. You're not getting it unless you play GW1 and earn it. I spent $100 on their game. I make a very decent living. That $100 really is nothing to me.. I've bought games for that price (like battlefront) and still have yet to play them. What Popcap should be careful of is going back on their word. And I don't think they're that stupid. As one user already stated, anyone who has the chomper already doesn't care about other people getting it, as long as they earn it the same way. That is 100% true. I don't have it yet. But I'm going to earn it rather than beg the company to give it to me for free.
What part of "i don't want it, I don't play the chomper" don't you understand? I think I typed it in pretty clear English. Now if it was a legendary zombie character you got for being max level, I might be interested in doing that.
