Uninstalled Game - Profile Lost
Ea help told me to post here.
I uninstalled my game (android) and reinstalled it. My profile didn't show up to recover right away, so I clicked play to get to the point that I could get to the support cog in options. This apparently overwrote my profile and it's gone forever.
I've had two calls with ea help. First said I needed to ⚽ attach screenshots of my real money purchases 🏈 progress far enough so they could access my account. I did both, and call number two involved the representative contacting a specialist or something, and they told me there was nothing they could do.
The first representative told me they would try to compensate me on a new account for whatever they could. Now I'm told they can't do anything and im just out of luck.
I was told to post here, but frankly I have no idea what this is going to do. I'm just so pissed because I've been playing nearly daily for several months, and spent a little under $30 on it. I got two people to play in the last week, now I not only can't play with them, but I can't even recommend this game when you can just lose everything and no one will help you.
