[UPDATE] lvl. 46/Maxed out Characters in PvZ GW - Character Reset in PvZ GW2

Hello Everyone

As most of the community is aware, players are running into some network and character issues specifically when they hit or are level 46. This may seem like the account is banned or bugged.

There is also an issue after this resolves itself (for the most part) that some if not all characters are maxed level when they should not be.

This is an issue I have been tracking and now I need some info from the community so we can get this looked into further for you.

Side Note: Please be aware that this is not related to the anticheat thread that was posted on the main Pvz board.

Hey, excellent question! What I need from you is to reply to this thread with the information below ONLY if you are having an issue at level 46 or have maxed-out characters in the game that should not be!

Be advised PVZGW 2 PC players:

We are aware of a stats-reset issue that recently came up affecting numerous players.

As of Feb 20, 2024 3:30PM PT, all those affected by this stat-reset error should have their stats restored.

If your stats are not restored, please reply to this thread so we can investigate your particular case.

Alright, nobody who reads this thread will probably believe me when i say this but i captured it on xbox but don't know how to upload it to computer but... anyways storytime, a while back I was leveling up the Druid Rose and everything was normal until i promoted her to super elite. But apparently it only takes one line of code to not work correctly to mess it up. So I promote her to super elite and I notice something odd once I take her into a game of turf. When you promote a character, it goes back to lvl one as we all know. Well my druid rose had a lvl 0 sign on it. I thought it was messed up but it got so much worse. I played the round of Zombopolis and it seemed normal at first then I killed a few imps and instead of saying "Level 2" like it should have, it said level -7. Yeah I wish I was kidding So I grinded with her and I noticed something. I was leveling up starting from level -7 instead of 1 so every level it'd go "Level -6, -5 , and so on" So I noticed the icing on the cake. THOSE NEGATIVE LEVELS COUNTED. And even better, she still went to level 10 before being promoted to master. So this character is at level -7 and gets promoted at level 10. Now I'm trying to master all the characters but I just realized. I got 7 more levels out of her than I was supposed to. And if i mastered all characters, I would be 7 levels over max rank. Now here's the question: whats the ramification of this? The game is programmed to get only to level 5455 I believe, so I'll be 7 levels over. So will it just stop at the normal max rank spot, or will having those extra 7 levels have horrifying consequences breaking my game and the huge amount of time I've devoted to this game. ( I know this sounds insane and let's be honest it is, but If you're on xbox, i have proof of this unfortunate glitch. I'm sorry about the bogged down explanations and * but I am really curious and terrified about what those extra 7 levels could entail
