I am trying to get this escalated as quickly as I can. In order to do so, we need the info requested on the previous page. Simply replying "me too" or something similar does not provide the team with the information they need.
Without this information, the issue does not get looked into as quickly as we need it to. I understand it is frustrating and we all want to play, but we need the info requested ASAP!

When at least 3,000 players is affected, it's blatantly obvious that the issue lies with the server, not with the players' computers. This repeated questioning of our system informations is just absurd.
But if you want, here it is
- EA ID/Steam ID:WPH-WhitePeaPod

- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here - This one is very important!: I don't have any error when EA App is loginning and I don't know how to check it
