Community Manager@shoushou1106 If replies are removed they are done so because they are flagged as either bumps or duplicate posts so any CM can remove them for one of these reasons.
The thread is fine and we don't need to keep it alive every day with the same post. If someone else other than myself sees that and doesn't know what is happening, they can action it.
The issue is being looked into and therefore we don't need to post daily to keep it going. If I am not here, and someone else jumps in, they can lock this down or remove the rest of them.
