[Updated 03/09] PC - GW/GW2 Not Working After Update

Recently (after EAAC) my Pc has been restarted or just crashing while playing GW2.
I went a whole fortnight without it but the hour I launch GW2 my PC crashes while playing.
I have eliminated outside factors and had only it running and it has only happened while playing
is anyone else facing the same issue?
