Are future goat and grumpy stumpy returning? My kids and I worked really hard to get them unlocked. And are the variants returning? If not the game seems like it won’t have the same longevity as pvz2...

Variants probably won't be returned. And Hover goat, Torchwood too. New characters will be added and legendary upgrades + legendary costumes. And with upgrades and costumes you can create your very own variant. And I don't know if it's just me but I think BfN is a lot better than GW2.
@JayBomb529 Unfortunately, it's unlikely that these characters will be returning which is really unfortunate because I really enjoyed Torchwood and Hover-Goat 3000. However, there is a possibility as the developers are still adding more characters, so they could make a return. Although I guess we always have GW2 for that I suppose … ! 🤔
