Voice chat plants vs zombies garden warfare

So I have a turtle beach headset and the factory Microsoft headset and while playing pvzgw I am unable to transmit my audio chat for other comes thru for me and I can hear other talk and see their mic monitor move in the Player lobby but I cannot talk back and my monitor does not move. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps listed. But it will not work. I have reset all my setting and restarted my console. Controller is up to date. Will not work with the aftermarket or factory headset or even trying to use the kenect to chat but that will also not work. I do not have this problem with other games ingame chat works just fine also party chat works. Only plants vs zombies is the only game I have a problem with. Is there a setting I'm overlooking that turns off VoIP or something? Or can I safely reinstall the game with out losing my data.? Maybe that would fix the issue I just do not want to lose my level and achievements
