We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare DDX

"We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare DDX on this computer using your account. Please try again later." I keep getting this message whenever Im trying...

Have you put in a help ticket?  Have you made sure something isn't blocking Origin?

Nothing is blocking my origin account but no I dont have a support ticket in 

-Update- I did try sending an error report through my origin client and I got a similar internet connection problem like before and I may be missing something in my settings that could be blocking origin. Is there any specifics I should look through to make sure origin isnt blocked for sure
