What are the best characters for a beginner in Garden Warfare 2? (Video)

I have seen lots of people asking which class is best for a newcomer (especially on the zombie side).
We made a video where we showcase two characters (Peashooter, Engineer) and tell you why we feel they are perfect for a new player:
