Between Jiustin Wiebe's tweets, the job advertisements over the last two years, and the newly released comic which explicitly mentions the third game, I'd say 100% unless something corporate screws things up. I see the Microsoft rumors as a big wildcard. You never know when a sure thing might go belly up in this industry.
I'll buy it, though I suspect I'll get it for free early access. That's my one perk having this position on the forum.

I think that us players have a right to say we want another installment of GW2 because we players really love this game,we have a certain power also . We players can not buy other EA games in protest( if they are not making a third installment). Because GW2 has got so many fans , it would be heartbreaking if it would stop here. I'm a real fan of this game and I will not let go or forget easily if there is no third installment of pvz.

Between the help wanted ads over the past year or so, the recent balance changes for GW2 when we aren't getting more major DLC so it indicates testing for a future game, the new tournaments for GW2, and the recent buzz on Justin Wiebe's twitter page and some Youtubers, I would say the chance of a new GW game is almost certain.
I certainly plan on getting on it as I love GW1 and GW2 and have posted some suggestions and requests on this forum over time. I prefer this game over even big names like Overwatch and TF2 even with those games doing a better job on certain aspects but none of them have a talking crown (and it says a LOT of stuff), one of my favorite IPs ever (PvZ), and the community isn't as nasty as Overwatch's which helps a lot.
What position? @pandareno1999

Apparently, the aforementioned comic book, which was accidentally (or accidentally on purpose?) advertised on Amazon has since disappeared.
- Since Rux has been appearing every single week to finally offer all of the new abilities (most of which have already been in the game for nearly a year now) along with the fact that a new comic was leaked that would explain the events leading up to GW3 which is similar to what they did with a comic between garden warfare 1 and 2 then it seems like chances are really high.
Chances are that it won't release till near the end of this year to early next year like the second game did if it does get announced at EA play or E3 this year.
