What happened Popcap :(

There was so much new content that leaked.

Berry Brigade, Iceburg Lettuce, Super bean as playable character, the since the beginning promised ops phase 3.

Legendary upgrades for Imp, Soldier, Acorn ...

WHAT HAPPENED? WHYYYYYY?

    @benn1nat0rI'll tell you what happened: Popcap released an unfinished, broken, boring, and overpriced mess that somehow found a way to downgrade from its predecessor and missed core feautures at launch. Heck this whole thing reminds me of the fall of black ops 4 zombies being a broken mess that changed the core design of the series (any good it dis was invalidated by the blue screens after release) after the high point of black ops 3 and no it wasnt the community's fault as dispite their disdain growing they gathered to show the final on last hoorah but walked away defeated and dissapointed.

    @stukapooka It wasn't overpriced at first. It also had many good things. If ANTHEM can get a rework with a way lower play base, why can't BfN. PvZ is such a unique franchise and not some other of the shelves shooter like anthem.

    The only good thing coming from this is FOMO is removed from the game for me. Now I got more time to play better games. How good is that?

    What happened was EA bought popcap.  EA was once an amazing company that developed leading edge sports games then it got too big and just burns everything it touches to the ground in favor of a quick buck for investors.  It happened to atari too.
