What is missing from GW 2 that GW had?
My wife and I use to play Garden Warfare for hours and always believed the game to be a bit fair (for the most part) when it came down to packs, unlocks, and general game play.
We played Garden Warfare 2 until we unlocked all characters that could be unlocked through the 75k pack. We haven't been compelled to actually unlock any legendaries, so as of now we haven't been playing the game. My wife loves Gnome Bomb and Surbubination but became frustrated with how one sided the game currently is. She's also wondering if Taco Bandits are ever making a return?
I myself can do well on both sides, but have not really been having any fun.
I know good patches take time, however, it would be nice to know PopCap is listening via Facebook, Reddit, and here on the forums besides Twitter; not all of us use Twitter. Some small input "can go a long way." 🙂
I realized, while there are more things to do with-in the game, the game feels more like a chore when doing certain tasks and the tasks can become monotonous. Throw in the very low volume of pots, bots, zombies, and weeds that the packs are giving out. I personally have no complaints about legendary characters as I personally don't care for them.
I am for balancing the game, but it feels with every patch more imbalances are created. Not sure if the game will ever be as balanced as GW1 was, but I am looking forward to the next patches.
Any one have any idea(s) what can be done differently to improve the game's current state?
