I play a lot of Garden Ops/Graveyard Ops but I find the fastest way to level a character (reliably) is to stay in the single player back yard and just kill zombie/plant bosses over and over again. Sometimes in PvP (especially as plants) I do to poorly to gain any real exp. Does anyone have a better way to level?
@the_jeremy823 Focus on getting the x2 Xp bonus, which might take some time and several quests to achieve, but once there it is breeze 😉
Also, if you're sparing stars, visit the Fish in the sewers and train with him.
It really depends on the character so it's hard to say a fast way to level. But if you are really good at PVP then multiplayer would be a lot faster since you get 200XP per take down along with other bonuses and streaks
Aside from that though it's faster to just farm the bosses in the backyard on easy mode or playing some of the longer game modes vs the AI on easy like gnome bomb or turf take over. you get less experience against the AI of course but you can usually kill them at a much faster and easier rate to make up for it. The most you can earn from them is getting lucky with ending their streak and saving an ally which gives you 150XP which is only 50 less from taking out players.
The only way to get some large amount of XP is to play against players and not AI.
Best way is solo play scientist/sunflower farming.
Full team of sunflowers and scientists turf takeover... ( be on attacking team )
This is the fastest way..... but also very boring.... but very, very fast... and very, very, very boring.
But seriously, just put on some spag heddy ( or whatever music you listen to ) and grind away at those scientists and sunflowers.
Takes me about 30-40 minute to get from level 1-10 with a character using this method... when im just doing it casually.
