Might have to repair the game in Origin if that's still an issue.
The console versions (Xbox One PlayStation 4) has this problem where the new quests are there For somepeople. But i would repair it in Origin if you are on PC/Computer/Laptop but The console versions cant repair or use origin.
Dude so there's seriously no way to fix this on Playstation 4? That's one of the worst things to happen to the game so far (for me) since I was just about to get the 200 Star Chest... I even put as the title of my stream that I was going to do a 200 Star Chest opening, then this happens on the same day... Very weird, but that's also pretty poor.

Stream something else instead...like how to get world records against other keyboard and mouse users.
