Where is my Pre-order code?

It has been almost a week now and my pre-order code has not come in yet. My dad ordered the game on Amazon and he said that the pre-order code would be e-mailed to him then he will e-mail it to me. However it hasn't come in yet and its not in the e-mail that came with the first pre-order code which was for my brother. I got this game the day it came out and my dad ordered it on the 21st of February, so whats the hold up? I don't want to type in an e-mail as this can be viewed by the public. When I get a pm or a response on here then I will go into detail.
