Where is the GW2 anti cheat?

Question

I've been playing multiplayer and I've found LOTS of hackers. I thought the anti cheat was going to be released yesterday but I don't think it did. If it already did, then it's not working at all. Garden warfare 2 is just unplayable right now because the hackers are milking every last second of not having an anti cheat. So, I'm just wondering if it's came out yet and if not, when it'll come out.

The information is that it will be implemented this March. So it will only start working when the game is updated.
