Who was the mastermind behind VOIP enabld on PC

Seriousl, whoever made this decison must be missing half of their brain. This is PC, we require, need, want, demand Push to talk, or at least the option to disable VOIP completely, instead of the rat...

Sad isn't it...? The games been out now for 1 week and 2 days. Yet they can't even drop a small patch to turn everyone on push to talk. It just shows you how much they even care about this game.

And what's even worse... Not one hint on when or if it will be fixed.
