Who was the mastermind behind VOIP enabld on PC

Seriousl, whoever made this decison must be missing half of their brain. This is PC, we require, need, want, demand Push to talk, or at least the option to disable VOIP completely, instead of the rat...

definitely its one of the biggest problems in the game, sudden loud voices that almost blows your ears!!! an update to make it push-to-talk would make sense so much!!!
