Why cant my friend accept my battle requests in pvz heroes?

This game is torturing me! I'm sending battle requests from my Samsung to my sisters Samsung in PvZ heroes. But when she accepts my screen just does nothing and my sister gets kicked out of matchmaki...

I'll try those! Thanks again. I've always been told ea was just money hungry goblins. But clearly that was fake! Thank you so much for the help. I'll get back to you with an update on the situation.
