Why did you get rid of the transfer option
I just got the game and I had a ton of plants and zombies and I was going to transfer them, but I found out that you had a deadline. Why?

The answer we have been given is that however the transfer system was implemented, it caused an unsustainable load on the servers. When the deadline was looming, popcap said they were going to try to extend it, but were unfortunately unable to.
Clearly this system has created a very large number of unhappy players, so hopefully it's a mistake that won't be repeated with the next game.
Or... or it could happen again! They could reimplement it! I don't wanna grind out every character from the get-go again. I'll be there if they offer it, I promise! Please! PLEASE!!!!
