Why do we have the same All-Star with three different skins?

The diversity among All-Stars is seriously low. I know that a minigun doesn't have to many ways to be unique, but with the AAll-Star, their is a big lack of variety. Why do we have the same All-Star ...

Hockey is close range imo. Golf is more of a sniper. And baseball is more versatile. Baseball and regular all star play the most similarly imo. But i think baseball has less damage and less drop off.
