why i can not play Gardens & Graveyards?

"EA" doesn't participate as a member of the Answer HQ community.  Your question is too vague to make any useful suggestion about.

No one could offer any suggestion, without the missing information.  I responded already to that effect, and you have added nothing new.  We must now presume that there is nothing that Answer HQ can help you with. 

when i play the Garden Ops mode individually i have already reached rank 15. However, when i play multiplayer mode Gardens & Graveyards and enter the server trying to play with the others, my rank dropped back to 1. In addition, when i am the only player in the server, it kept saying "waiting for players" and i never got any player joining me. This problem happens in the past 2 weeks and it used to be normal when i started playing the game a month ago.  Please can you look into the matter and get back to me?
