Will Rux ever return? Or is this the end of GW2 for good?

Hello EA. Im sure as (mostly) everyone has seen, Rux has disappeared with a message saying "Oh Oh... Thats not good".

Do any of ya'll plan to come back and patch this, or are you finally saying "We're done with GW2 for good (even tho the game has an active fan base)"?

    Hi everyone, 

    This is something we're aware of and working on getting fixed as soon as possible. He should be back on the 17th of January, but we're working to see if we can get him back sooner.

    Boss Hunt
    Cats vs Dinos
    and Community Challenges back?

    I have the DLC and hate that I can't play the game modes I paid for and I just don't want to believe Popcap cares so little about their game and community ☹️

    It would probably only mean a few minutes of work to include the game modes again....
