i agree for everyone but Shrimp and Metal Flower.
Shrimp has the strongest Mech, that's why he's weak on foot.
And Metal Flower... i don't think is so bad, i actually think has some usage. The only thing bad is her accuracy...
I haven't unlocked every character, so a couple I'm not sure about. But my first experience with metal pedal after unlocking her was very positive. I think she's fine. I still think tank commander gets the number one spot.
