Little Salty, that "support" link will just bring you back to here. As for your issue, you are doing nothing wrong. This is an issue with the game/servers, & is down to Microsoft/Popcap/EA to solve. But don't hold your breath, as the servers have been atrocious for weeks & they show no interest in addressing these issues, nor responding to queries & complaints.

not everything is on the other end sometimes its user end. especially if their ports arent opening like they are suppose to. that situation is common on wireless connections. also this is a community support forum were everyone helps each other with issues they are having. the link provided will above will transfer someone who is an ea game adviser(aka ea tech support). where we may not have a solution here they may and if not they can escalate your case to the developers.

This has now been confirmed by the EA/Popcap team - "There is an issue occuring today which is separate from what I think this thread started as.  For that issue we are aware of it and working to fix it now, hopefully have everyone back to playing soon on 360". However, the game is still partly functional. Online play is possible. The festive sticker pack arrived as it should at 18:00 yesterday. Character ranks, player rank, character abilities/upgrades, challenges & coins total/earning coins are preserved. However, all customisations for your characters are disabled. If you change your abilities away from the default character set, they will keep resetting back to default. Would that also mean unlocked items can be missing from your selection list? IE: I no longer show having the burrito face for my engineer as well as all stunner pack items.

You should still have all the customisation items you had before the server error. But, at present they cannot be equipped & saved.
