Xbox no stars, no cards in quests/multiplayer

I've been playing pvz2 die a few weeks now. I'm not receiving my stars in online multiplayer. There also missing some cards from chests i opened (EG:Fontaine Card) . The game does give the little pop-up stating I completed the quest. I was in the online help yesterday and got a lot of troubleshooting steps trough Mail. I've lost a lot of time with troubleshooting but it does not help to get rid of the problem. Please solve this issue, i've paid a lot of money for a game that only works half. I also payed to be able to play online. It's anoying and dissapointing.
