Xbox one Game glitching, levels complete themselves

Just bought this game. I started playing it and I kept falling into the earth as the graphics glitch. I would then be under buildings docks land etc.

Then in the game wave after wave of zombies automatically defeat themselves. I can set my controller down and the game will windier me automatically. I need to do nothing the zombies defeat themselves. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it is still not working. Platform is the Xbox one.
