[Xbox] plants vs zombies garden warfare 2 lost data

Hello, recently I have tried to get back into PvZGW2. Now my original Xbox One X was broken so i asked my friend to lend me his sense he hasn’t used it much. This one is a Xbox One S so basically almost same one. Now when I did my transfer with the Firedrive I own, my progress on GW2 never showed up. I screwed around for a couple minutes to find any confirmation of data i’ve retrieved back. But, nothing happened and I’m back to square one. Could someone point me to the correct solution because it would be nice.

    @firechihuahua Hey, so this would be a hard one because, with progress, that is all server-side. You don't save it to the console or a drive. You can save the game itself to an external drive but progress is all server side.

    With Xbox though, here is what you can do to test the game and the account to make sure everything is fine. 

    Log into EA.com with your EA account/MS account and see under connections if the two accounts are linked correctly

    If progress is done, this is typically why.

    Delete the game from the console, or drive

    Delete your gamertag from the console

    Log back into your Xbox account

    Redownload the game

    This will resync the cloud and your Xbox profile. The downside to this is that we, unfortunately, do not have a way to restore progress for the game due to the age and lack of support.
