I am typing on my phone again so sometimes I don’t type out everything.
You mentioning (the other day) about your Elite remote and good internet and that is why I brought it up today. I actually had plans to write an article and give you credit for opening my eyes. The way you broke things down the other day wasn’t rude so I was able to hear you from a new perspective regarding higher priced controllers.
I’ve since bought and returned a Nacon and Scuff but can see the benefit in some aspects of these new controllers. I’m currently waiting for a custom Beaver Battle controller to arrive. I’m not here to say don’t use it, if it’s available but my take is don’t use ALL the advantages you can and act like a) we don’t know what we’re saying/these issues aren’t occurring b) you’re better than everyone else when it’s not a level playing field.
These points of view I’m stating are my own and I don’t technically have a right to these opinions, in some people’s eyes and I’m aware of that. I’m not trying to be offensive and especially not hurt anyone’s feelings but I think the way you came across is that you’re better than everyone else and we don’t know what we’re talking about; why not just buy a $250 controller and bunny hop like everyone else....... does that make sense (that I heard you that way)...? I know others did too and I don’t think you’re intentions were such. If so, I digress.
At the end of the day, I don’t blame you for having good internet and it’s not my fault we can’t buy it here. I DREAM of pinging less than 40 on any server and have NEVER experienced that zero ping feeling aside from LAN tournaments of past. Speaking of that, I come from a pretty thorough background of competitive shooters and was a big part of the Unreal Tournament series on console. That said, it’s all the more reason to NOT dismiss a fellow gamer, much less an entire forum, when we say lag inputs and high pings cause horrendous issues.
As for mods, I personally had no clue how bad it was but saw for myself today the reason I often die from certain characters. If I had uber internet, I could avoid dying when people start firing at me with mods/scripts and my connection delays me .25 to .5 seconds ... that’s enough time for someone to drain enough of my health (with rapid fire) that I can’t do anything to counter it or even retreat.
The throne comment was to save me typing out a million words to explain that you’re coming off condescending to many people (some of whom asked me to make a post) and I should’ve went ahead and typed out a more thorough reply. I tried to preface my post by letting you know about the forum deleting my initial reply but you didn’t know it took me 15 - 20 minutes to compose said wasted reply.

I didn't pay 250 for the controller, I waited months until I found someone to sell it to me for 80 bucks. And before I had an elite controller I remapped my regular controller do that my jump was LB (or RB I forgot) in console. And then also then I used a controller setting on cod where the jump was R3 (push in the right stick). So, an elite controller is not necessary to jump and shoot. You just have to get use to remapping your controller.
Again im not dismissing all of the other issues as all your (afew of you guys) replies seem to indicate. My only arguement is countering an illegal move (auto fire device) with a legal one (learn to jump and shoot via remapping your REGULAR controller IN CONSOLE).
Btw my other long response took a while too lol im typing on a phone so there's a lot of errors.
And let me also add that im not taking any of what you guys say offensively. Nothing personal, these are just my opinion
Edit: as far as your ping.. yeah ping matters, they see you before you see them so you can't really react of they get you in perfect positioning. But again this goes beyond what I was arguing

Sorry to hear about your luck. Hope you get home safe.@mikepal19 You’re nice and sarcastic at the same time... “all of us few” (or whatever you said)... you’re new here, buddy, not me. Just because you only read 1-3 people speaking on a certain issue doesn’t mean there’s not DOZENS of us talking about these issues and sometimes, 5-10 of us meet in-game and play together. In BfN, these gatherings are non-existent compared to GW2 (I haven’t played in a real group since Picnic).... but, yeah, man... there’s more of us than you know that feel this way and often times (not lately since I haven’t posted much), people PM me here on the forum or in-game and ASK ME to come speak on their behalf.
I’m not trying to bully anyone’s point of view but rather speak on behalf of friends or as a collective voice for many of us that’ve spoken on these topics COUNTLESS times.
I understand many of these conversations aren’t visible and can’t blame you for not understanding that “we” = more than 2-4 people but I wouldn’t passive aggressively insinuate you were exaggerating, either.
I say a mic would be best so these little grammatical inflections could be more clearly expressed and so you might understand I’m a nice guy; it’ll save a TON of time.
Otherwise, I’ll be on my factory controller (with no back buttons) and my $200 tv HAVING fun. 😂👍

@spIash_damage my tv was second hand and paid 200 also for it lol don't worry. My k/d.. I remember I only checked once which was maybe 3 months ago, it was over 4 I think. And stop saying your a nice guy to talk to lol I don't care. I don't view you as a bad person so you don't have to convince me otherwise. Maybe you're projecting and you feel im a bad person 🙂 jk
