[Xbox Series X] PvZ BFN Crashing Issue

Yes, I’ve tried all of these multiple times, and I know it’s not my internet connection. I don’t know what to do.

    Hi @Its_C_Pett, so here's the thing though, We cannot escalate this up because one or two players have issues like this. Others may be having this issue but we don't have them on here saying they do. We also cannot include older posts from the past and use those as "current" issues with the game. The team needs way more due to the age of the game the support for this is so limited that it takes a lot to get a game of this age updated. I would need quite a few people on this thread saying they have the same issue as you before I can send it over. The first response I get is how many players are having this issue? If I say only a couple, it won't get fixed as soon as we want it to be fixed.

    @EA_Shepard  Ok I understand. Well I believe this issue isn’t common because most players play on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 and not the new consoles. Is there anyway you can put in a request anyways and see what they say even if you say a few players here and there? I feel like for issues like this they can’t just leave them broken.

    @EA_Shepard Thank You, I really appreciate! I understand the issue of not having many people complain about this, but I do feel many players do have issues, they just don’t say anything about it. Let me know what they say!

    It make nonsense to say it can't be scalate, when everybody who has Xbox Series X happens this problem and it's known by the community. I'm really tired to have to restart the game like 5 or 6 times when I play. If I play with friends who has xbox series X, we have to cross fingers, because we don't know who is gonna crash first. If you are the one who host the game, then the rest kick out after you crash if you are in a match or playing history mode. To say they don't know about this problem when is something you can ask to any person who own or play this game In the X series.. I think they just don't want to invert time in solve it, cus is impossible they can't know about it. Just have to play 30 min in a series X to have the problem, lost audio is bad signal about is gonna crash soon, or suddenly just black screen or just frozen skin. I don't understand when Its in Xbox Game pass, who is the responsable about to look the issues is having, but don't scalate, really? To read this post just saying all the time can't be scalate put me mad when all the community is having this issue.

    @Its_C_Pett All the series X have this problem. It's very known, just ask anyone who own in series X. Another thing is they want to do something about it. It's impossible they don't know nothing about it.

    You can still buy this game like I have.

    After I realized that the game isn't running on a Nintendo Switch 2, I've bought a Xbox Series X, bought this game and in 2 hours it has crashed 3 times. It stopped while I was playing and that's it. So I have searched about crashes and now I am realizing: That's a known issue for years? Too less people that are writing in your forum? Does everybody know that they have to write here?

    Congratulations, EA! You make money with games that are crashing for years. 🙈

    I would like to get my money back!
