Yet another case of no legendary item received from red community chest/pack

As numerous other people have already posted, I received a "scrumptious" RARE item from the red community challenge chest/pack. Some football mouth for the All-Star. This is the second consecutive community challenge in which I have participated wherein the community has satisfied/met/exceeded the requirements specified for earning/receiving a "legendary" pack as the reward...yet when I open the pack/claim my reward, lo and behold, there is a [metaphorical] "slap in the face", rather than the promised LEGENDARY item. As much as I would like to hope each time that it's a legendary character piece I'm missing, I'd still gladly appreciate ANY legendary item, as that is what was promised/offered/directly started by EA/Popcap to be the reward given to all contributing members of the community challenge. I understand things happen, games have bugs, not everything is perfect every time, etc...but I also know when to cut my losses and move on. I think 3 chances is more than generous enough, so I'll give it one more chance, I suppose. But please be aware that between this unacceptable issue and the fact that, despite your claims of having a 75% chance of receiving a key from the 50 rainbow star chest, I have somehow managed to obtain only 3 keys over the course of 8 events (I even opened every chest each event, just in case) [this equates to having success receiving a key 37.5% of the time, btw]...basically, I'm saying that the next time you have guaranteed myself, and all other players as well, a legendary item & for some reason I receive anything other than a LEGENDARY item, as offered, I will simply call it a day & quit playing GW2, permanently. I have plenty of other games, made by people who deliver on the things that they promise to their community; why would I continue trying to play a game that continues failing to make good on its promises? My money would be better spent Wilshire at that point, and I'm certain I'm not the only person who feels this way. Anybody else who shares these feelings/thoughts is encouraged to comment/speak up with me & let EA/Popcap know this type of thing is an unacceptable  way to treat their customers and that if it continues, they will be choosing to lose us (and our money) as customers, for good. If love to see a response from them to this, as well as an effort to compensate those of us for our efforts and the inconvenience this has caused all of us, but I'll be realistic enough to know I shouldn't expect anything but more empty promises and lies, if anything, in reply.
